产品概述：DIN913内六角平端紧定螺钉是德国工业标准（Deutsches Institut für Normung）中对内六角平端无头紧定螺钉的专属编号，该标准等效对应国际标准 ISO 4026，国内可参考国标 GB/T 77-2000。这类螺钉属于 “无头、内六角” 的紧固连接件，核心作用是通过螺纹旋入基体，利用端部平面顶紧被连接件，实现定位、防松或传递小扭矩的功能。其结构的优势点：1、无头内六角驱动结构无外露头部，拧紧后可与基体表面齐平或沉入，不影响被连接件的运动（如转轴、滑块），适合紧凑空间装配。内六角驱动形式相比一字、十字槽，能承受更大拧紧扭矩，且不易滑角，安装拆卸更稳定，适配自动化装配工具（如电动内六角扳手）.2、平端头部设计端部为平整圆形平面，与被顶紧面接触面积大，可有效分散压力，避免划伤工件表面（尤其适合铝合金、铜等软质材料工件）。平端无尖锐结构，顶紧时不会嵌入被连接件，拆卸后工件表面无明显压痕，适合需要重复拆装的场景。3、全螺纹构造DIN913 为全螺纹设计，螺纹长度与螺钉公称长度一致，旋入基体后螺纹啮合长度长，连接稳定性更强。
